Founder & Chairman

Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering)

Founder, Visionary & Chief Research Mentor
Dr. Niranjan Kumar established SNEF with the mission to integrate moral values, scientific understanding, and spiritual awareness into modern education. With deep expertise in higher education and interdisciplinary research, he leads the foundation’s educational philosophy, innovation, and moral elevation research.

Leadership Team

Mrs. Anjali Sharma

Director, Early Education & Training

Specialist in child development and creative pedagogy. She leads teacher training, curriculum development, and value-based early learning initiatives.

Mr. Rakesh Nanda

Director, Research & Development

Expert in psychology and moral science research. He oversees SNEF’s studies on moral elevation, learning behavior, and holistic education frameworks.

Dr. Priya Mehta

Program Head, Youth & Community Engagement

Focuses on youth empowerment, emotional development, and community-building programs rooted in compassion and service.
